Fish and Prawn Stir-fry….sumptuous…hmmm!
Got fresh parsley and basil from Spar…that is the leafy content you see in the dish.
Ingredients used shown in one of the pictures.
Preparation: Started by frying the carrot slices in 2 teaspoons of olive oil, then added the cubed bell peppers and lastly the fresh herbs (parsely and basil).
Next I got another pan and fried the tomatoes, red hot pepper, garlic and ginger in 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil adding the cooked prawns along the way and lastly the flakes of fish (Tilapia fish was used) when it was ready I mixed in the already cooked carrot, herbs and bell peppers mix and stirred for 1 more minute and it was ready.
