Healthy Mocktails: Pineapple Mint Frappe

Why not wow your guests this Christmas with a Healthy Mocktail?


Serves 2

1 cup diced pineapple

½ cup chopped mint

1 cup pineapple juice

½ cup ice

Sugar and lime wedge to garnish


Add the diced pineapple, mint, pineapple juice and ice in a blender and blend to combine.

Wet the outside rim of the glass with a wedge of lime and place upside down on a plate of sugar to coat the rim of the glass (aesthetic purpose).

Garnish with a pineapple plant leaf or wedge of pineapple.
