Core Work Out with Ada Ari

In this track, we have:

Planks:
Elbows directly under shoulders. Abs in and braced. Hips down. Level 1 – on your knees. Level 2 – on your toes

Planks with taps:
Keep your body still as you tap. Lift and drop your fingers/toes, try not to slide

Side Plank:
Elbows under shoulders. Hips high. Abs braced
